We want the journey of your handmade jewelry to be as smooth as the ocean waves. Because every piece at Segni di Mare is crafted with deep care and respect, we take extra steps to make sure your treasures arrive safely at your doorstep.

How We Ship Your Treasures

Crafting & Production: If your piece is marked “Made to Order” or is currently “Sold Out,” please allow 3 to 4 weeks for Marcella to hand-create it specifically for you before it ships.

Shipping Costs & Methods: We charge a flat rate of €30 for international shipping.

• For orders under €300, we send your jewelry via secure Registered Mail.
• For orders over €300, your package is automatically upgraded to a premium Courier service.

Delivery Times: International shipping usually takes between 7 to 15 business days.

Safe Delivery: For your peace of mind, every single package we send includes a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Because of this security measure, we unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs and Taxes: If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your country’s customs office might charge import duties or local taxes. These fees are out of our hands and are the responsibility of the customer.

If You Change Your Mind (Returns)

We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If a standard piece isn’t quite what you expected, you have the legal right to change your mind and request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

A few small conditions for returns: To receive a full refund, the jewelry must be completely unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and sent back with your proof of purchase or invoice.

How refunds work: Once your return arrives back in Cyprus and we check its condition, we will send you an email and issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package gets lost on its way back to our studio.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Because custom designs, personalized engravings, or jewelry made to your specific finger size are created exclusively for you, these unique pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once we begin making them. Thank you for understanding and supporting the dedicated time that goes into bespoke craftsmanship!
